Registration Information
A step-by-step guide to registration for the IFEAT 2026 Bangkok Conference.
Registration opens at 12PM UK on Tuesday 14th April.
STEP 1
Log in to your IFEAT account here. It is important to note that if your Membership renewal for 2026 is not complete, then you will not have access to the early bird rate or to any Member-only products.
STEP 2
You will be taken to your dashboard. Click on the Book here button (Active from 12pm UK time on Tuesday 14th April). This will take you to the registration page, which will list the different Conference products. Note, this direct link to the registration page will also be found prominently displayed on the website homepage and website menu.
STEP 3
Find the product(s) you wish to purchase on the registration page. They will be listed in the following order:
- Delegate Tickets
- Accompanying Person application
- IFEAT Dinner Tickets (Members Only)
- Exhibition Booths (Members Only)
- Meeting Rooms & Meeting Tables (Members Only)
- Sponsorships (Members Only)
- Workshops
- Advertising in the Digital Delegate Guide (Members Only)
We recommend that you open each desired product in a new tab, so that you can keep a tab open with links to all products.
If you are purchasing an Exhibition Booth, Meeting Room/Table or IFEAT Dinner ticket, you must put at least one delegate ticket in your cart first. If you do not already have a delegate ticket in your cart, you will not be able to add any of these restricted products to your cart. These products are limited and strictly sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
PLEASE NOTE
You will not be able to purchase an Exhibition Booth/Meeting Room/IFEAT Dinner/Workshop ticket until your delegate ticket order has been completed.
Orders paid by card are automatically completed upon successful payment at the online checkout, so you will be able to proceed with a second, separate order within moments of placing your first, should you wish.
However, bank transfer orders are manually completed upon the receipt of cleared funds into IFEAT’s bank account. For this reason, if you are paying by bank transfer then we strongly advise you to purchase any items restricted to delegates in your first order, along with at least one of your delegate tickets. This restriction applies to all products except sponsorships and advertising products.
EXHIBITION BOOTH FLOORPLAN
If you plan to purchase an Exhibition Booth, please consult the floorplan below and note your first and second choice of booth. You will be asked for this information at checkout.
Individual booths will be strictly allocated on a first come, first served-basis. This allocation is based upon the exact time the order is checked out.

- Medium Booths (3m x 6m) $8,000
- Small Booths (3m x 2m) $6,000
- Mini Booths (2m x 2m) $4,000

CHECKING OUT YOUR ORDER
Once you have added all items to your cart, click/touch the shopping bag icon on the top right of your screen. Review your cart and then select Proceed to Checkout.
You will then be prompted to input your billing details and the information required for the purchase of each type of item.
You may then select to pay by direct bank transfer or by credit card. If you select direct bank transfer, you will be automatically issued a proforma invoice via email with payment information. You must make payment within 14 days. If you pay by credit card then your order will be completed immediately and you will be issued with a payment confirmation email.
Whichever payment method you use, you will receive a final tax invoice 10 days after your order is completed.
