Accompanying Person tickets must be pre-approved by IFEAT’s Conference team before purchase.Â
The Accompanying Person ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception and the Closing Banquet, designated lunch and coffee areas on all days of the Conference, and a small gift. This ticket does not allow access to the Conference sessions, exhibition, company meeting rooms and/or networking areas.
The accompanying person ticket is valid only for either a spouse/family partner and/or a son/daughter under 21 years of age of a registered Conference delegate. Children under the age of 14 years have free admission. There can be a maximum of two accompanying persons per delegate.
Business partners/colleagues do not qualify as Accompanying Persons and are not allowed to register as an Accompanying Person.Â
If approved:
IFEAT Members can purchase an Accompanying Person ticket for $800.
Non-Members can purchase an Accompanying Person ticket for $1,500.
