Membership of IFEAT is open to companies from all parts of the world dealing in essential oils and aroma trades
To apply as a member you will need to:
- Read the IFEAT Membership Policy
- Supply company information
- Submit the details of two IFEAT members as referees
- Agree to the Members Code of Conduct
Your application will then be considered for approval by the IFEAT Committees.

IFEAT Membership is continuous and runs from January to December, with renewals due on 1st January each year.
There is no pro-rata fee for new Members who join part of the way through the year.
Members are required to:
a. Agree to the IFEAT Members Code of Conduct and follow its responsibilities
b. Have read and understand the current IFEAT Articles of Association
c. Abide by the provisions of IFEAT Articles of Association, as may be amended and updated from time to time
If your company wishes to resign from membership for the following year then we require you to submit the request in writing to [email protected] prior to 31st December (only applicable to members who have paid the subscription fee for the current year).
If your membership subscription payment is not received by 30th November, you request to resign after the 31st December deadline or forget to resign by writing by no later than 31st December then you will be accountable for the subscription fee of that year when you reapply for membership at any point in the future.
* Member discount on Conference registration is only available to Member companies who are fully paid up Members at the time of registering. No refund on the difference between non-Member and Member registration fees is available to Members who join IFEAT membership after they have registered for the Conference. Conference registration is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
** Participation is only available to Member companies who are fully paid up Members at the time of registering.
