Description
FEAT produces Socio-Economic Reports (SERs) on a range of essential oils, which are published in its quarterly magazine IFEATWORLD – or in this case, as a supplement to the magazine. The SERs have several aims, including providing an overview of the oil, covering aspects such as nomenclature, history, production, processing, uses, markets, quality and composition, legislative and regulatory issues, and their socio-economic and environmental impacts. In the face of increasing regulation, the SERs have become an important means of communicating, particularly to regulators, the beneficial impact of the production of essential oils in the regions and countries where they are produced.
We currently offer these reports for free to IFEAT Members and non-Members alike, but we now require non-Members to fill out the form below to access the latest Socio-Economic Report.
