IFEAT 2026 Abu Dhabi Conference: Call for Papers

Are you interested in presenting at the IFEAT 2026 Abu Dhabi Conference? IFEAT invites you to share an abstract of your proposed presentation. The theme for this year’s Conference is Tradition, Resilience, Innovation.

This year, we’re exploring the powerful intersection of Tradition, Resilience, and Innovation. We’re particularly looking for presentations on the topics below:

  • MIDDLE EASTERN AROMATIC JOURNEYS: CULTURAL HERITAGE AND FUTURE DIRECTION
  • AROMA TRADES: RESILIENCE IN A CHANGING WORLD
  • THE FUTURE OF AROMA INNOVATION
  • NAVIGATING THE REGULATORY LANDSCAPE

Process

Proposals will be put forward for consideration by the Abu Dhabi Conference Committee and the IFEAT Scientific Committee.

Authors of selected papers will be notified by Friday, 8th May and invited to present at the Conference in October 2026.

Please only apply if you can meet the following deadlines, as late submissions will not be accepted:

  • Abstract/Proposal Deadline: Monday, 13th April 2026
  • Draft Presentation Submission Deadline: Monday, 27th July 2026
  • Final Presentation Submission Deadline: Monday, 10th August 2026
