Announcement: the IFEAT 2026 Bangkok Conference

Following our update last week, we are pleased to announce that the IFEAT 2026 Conference will now be held in Bangkok, Thailand from Monday 19th – Friday 23rd October 2026. 

In a change from the usual programme, the Welcome Reception will take place on the Monday evening and the Conference from Tuesday 20th-Friday 23rd.

This relocation reflects a thoughtful and forward‑looking decision. Key considerations included global accessibility, streamlined visa processes, availability of the required dates, and ensuring appropriate distance from current conflict-affected regions. Bangkok, a dynamic and globally connected hub at the centre of the natural ingredients trade, offers the ideal environment for our industry to convene, collaborate, and continue building momentum.

Over the past weeks, we conducted a comprehensive review of more than 20 potential venues worldwide to ensure the 2026 Conference could proceed without compromising the quality, experience, and standards that define IFEAT.

Drawing on the success of our previous Bangkok Conference, the 2026 edition will deliver an entirely refreshed experience – featuring a redesigned programme, enhanced session formats, and a stronger focus on the themes shaping our industry’s future.

We are pleased to confirm that IFEAT Directors Robby Gunawan and Alastair Hitchen will serve as Co‑Chairs of the IFEAT Bangkok Conference 2026.

Registration will open on Tuesday, 14 April 2026 at 12:00 PM UK Time.
