- Reservations and payments must be made directly with the hotel using the accommodation booking link provided. IFEAT will not take bookings directly
- Reservations are made on a first come first served basis
- IFEAT has also secured allocated rooms prior & post conference, rooms are available on the booking link from 19th – 23rd October on our discounted rates. Bookings made outside of these dates will be subject to the rates at the time and availability
- The reservation payment is secured by guarantee on a credit card, no pre-payment is made, and all payment is due on arrival
