Ronit Meier

IFEAT Finance Manager

Ronit works closely with the Finance Committee Chair, reconciling the books, monitoring the budget, forecasts and banks in terms of accounting and audit to achieve IFEAT’s financial goals.

Shaehzad Chaudhry

IFEAT Events Manager

Shaehzad works closely with the whole team and his main role is to organise the annual IFEAT Conference and Exhibition as well as researching future destinations. Shaehzad also works with the Study Tour Coordinator on the organisation of the IFEAT Study Tours. 

Lindsay Smith

IFEAT Education Officer
Lindsay works closely with the Education Committee to develop, implement and deliver the educational vision of IFEAT through exciting, industry-relevant offerings. Lindsay also manages the Conference Speaker Programme. 

Simon Frost

Communications Coordinator & IFEATWORLD Editor
Simon works closely with the Communications Committee to help IFEAT support and connect the essentials and aroma trades worldwide.

Finance Assistant
Ewelina works closely with the Finance Manager on daily finance matters, providing financial and administration assistance.

The Company Secretary & Chief Administrative Officer oversees the running of the Secretariat. Working with, supporting and advising the Directors in their work for the Federation, ensuring governance and compliance, handling membership matters and supervising the Staff and Consultants Team.

Scientific Platform Coordinator

The Scientific Platform Coordinator works closely with IFEAT & EFEO representatives to develop and implement the scientific programme aligned with the Scientific Plarform strategic goals and priorities.

The Scientific Officer deals with tasks relating to the Scientific Committee, identifying the best approach to issues and opportunities affecting the production, regulation and use of essential oils and their related materials.

The Study Tour Administrator works closely with the Study Tour Committee Chair and the Events Manager, including the organisation, research, planning and implementation of IFEAT Study Tours.

Jisha Das

Socio-Economic & Committees Administration Coordinator

Jisha coordinates IFEAT’s vital socio-economic initiatives and provides administrative support to key committees. Working closely with the Socio-Economic Committee Chair, she manages projects, liaises with global partners, and ensures seamless operations.

Peter Greenhalgh

Consultant

Undertakes ad-hoc projects including writing articles and reports whilst passing on his valuable knowledge from his previous work on Study Tours.
