Ronit works closely with the Finance Committee Chair reconciling the books in terms of accounting and audit to achieve IFEAT’s financial goals.

IFEAT Events Manager
Shaehzad works closely with the whole team and his main role is to organise the annual IFEAT Conference and Exhibition as well as researching future destinations. Shaehzad also works with the Study Tour Coordinator on the organisation of the IFEAT Study Tours.

Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Officer oversees the running of the Federation, working with the Directors and the Staff and Consultants Team.
Executive Committee Secretary
The EC Secretary carries out Secretariat tasks and supports IFEAT Directors in their work for the Federation.
Membership Manager
The Membership Manager handles all aspects of IFEAT membership from processing applications, arranging references and answering queries to approving applications and liaising between IFEAT and its Members.

Chief Scientific Officer
The Chief Scientific Officer works closely with the Scientific Officer and deals with issues relating to new regulatory and socioeconomic challenges facing the industry whilst also building relationships with other sister organisations.
Sibel Erkilic Horsman

Scientific Officer
The Scientific Officer works with the Chief Scientific Officer and deals with tasks relating to the Scientific Committee, identifying the best approach to issues and opportunities affecting the production, regulation and use of essential oils and their related materials.
Divya Sara Mammen

Study Tour Administrator
The Study Tour Administrator works closely with the Study Tour Committee Chair and the Events Manager, including the organisation, research, planning and implementation of IFEAT Study Tours.
Peter Greenhalgh
Consultant
Undertakes ad-hoc projects including writing articles and reports whilst passing on his valuable knowledge from his previous work on Study Tours.
