Ronit works closely with the Finance Committee Chair, reconciling the books, monitoring the budget, forecasts and banks in terms of accounting and audit to achieve IFEAT’s financial goals.

Shaehzad's main role is to organise the annual IFEAT Conference and Exhibition, as well as researching future destinations. Shaehzad also works with the Study Tour Coordinator on the organisation of the IFEAT Study Tours.

Lindsay works closely with the Education Committee to develop, implement, and deliver the educational vision of IFEAT through exciting, industry-relevant offerings and support. Lindsay also manages the Conference Speaker Programme.

Sheila works closely with the Education Manager and the Education Committee to support IFEAT’s educational vision and lead the professional development programmes.

Simon works closely with the Communications Committee to help IFEAT support and connect the essentials and aroma trades worldwide.

Louise oversees the running of the Secretariat. Working with, supporting and advising the Directors in their work for the Federation, ensuring governance and compliance, handling membership, conciliation and nominating matters and supervising the staff and consultants team.

Francesca works closely with the Scientific Committee, dealing with tasks related to the regulation, production and use of essential oils and their derivatives.

Divya works closely with the Study Tour Committee Chair and the Events Manager, including the organisation, research, planning and implementation of IFEAT Study Tours.

Jisha coordinates IFEAT’s vital socio-economic initiatives and provides administrative support to key committees. Working closely with the Socio-Economic Committee Chair, she manages projects, liaises with global partners, and ensures seamless operations.

Jonathan leads the coordination of the IFEAT EFEO Scientific Platform and Program, working closely with IFEAT & EFEO representatives to develop and implement the Scientific Program in line with the Scientific Platform's strategic goals and priorities.

Sibel deals with tasks relating to the Scientific Committee, identifying the best approach to issues and opportunities affecting the production, regulation and use of essential oils and their related materials.

Peter undertakes ad-hoc projects including writing articles and reports whilst passing on his valuable knowledge from his previous work on Study Tours.
