DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

- Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.
- Where you have applied to become a member of IFEAT and we have accepted your application, you can then decide if your name, company information and contact details will be displayed in the member’s area of our website. This information is only accessible by us and by other members using a password. Please note that in such circumstances, use of such personal data by other members shall be outside of our control. If you do not want your information to be included in the members’ area, please refrain setting this up on your members portal.
- Where you have signed up to attend an event which we are organising, we may include your name, company information and contact details in the event materials provided to other delegates during the event. Please note that in such circumstances, use of the personal data by other delegates shall be outside of our control. We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
- For the purposes connected with your attendance at conferences, study tour or other events, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the organisers and/or any contractors of such events.
- This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google. Google Analytics utilizes “cookies” which are saved on your computer and allow it to track and examine your usage of our website.
- The usage information generated by these cookies (incl. your IP address) is transferred to and stored on a server in the USA owned by Google. Google will analyse this information to evaluate the usage of our website, to create reports about website activities for us, and to offer further services in connection with our website and related internet activities. Where necessary, Google will share this data with third parties if it is required by law or when third parties are processing the data on behalf of Google. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff, operating outside the EEA, who work for us or for one of our contractors. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
- All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
