IFEAT 2017 Athens Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your conference ticket, your cancellation must be sent in writing to IFEAT via email to conference@ifeat.org

A 50% refund will be issued upon receiving your cancellation request ONLY if it is received no later than 60 days prior to the conference date taking place (Wednesday 26th July 2017). Cancellation instructions which are received after this time will not be refunded, no matter what the circumstance.

If you have paid for your ticket and do not attend the conference, your ticket will not be refunded.

Payment must be received in full prior to the conference.

Access will not be permitted if full payment has not been received.

The organisers may, at any time, with or without giving notification, in their absolute discretion and without giving reason, cancel or postpone the conference, change its venue location or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. In any case, neither the organisers (IFEAT) nor IFEAT Committee Members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person attending the IFEAT conference.

If IFEAT cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, IFEAT has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

IFEAT is not responsible for accommodation bookings for the conference. Any cancellation policy should be checked with the hotel when a reservation is made, and claims should be made directly to the hotel.
